Hello i buy a second hand iMac wish account user that i don't know the password a year ago i create a new user but accidently delete my user now i only can use the Guest user but i don't know the password to make any changes on this computer .. what can i do now ?

Since you purchased a used Mac w/the previous owner info still on it, you need to wipe it clean then reinstall the OS.
